ROAD 2 COOPERSTOWN TOURNAMENTS – Team Information
We look forward to welcoming your team to Legends Fields. Our goal is to create a truly memorable experience for your team.
Please read this entire block of information as we have compiled a list of important reminders to assist in your preparation for your event.

Please remember to fully Register your Team and Pay the Tournament fee for acceptence.

Complete Rosters are due 45 Days prior to your event.
Roster (name, email, DOB, and jersey # must be entered for each player).

Champions Provides Team Insurance.
Birth documentation must be available on site at all times.
Schedule (will be posted approximately 7 days prior to the tournament).
Parking information; Legends Fields charges a modest Parking Fee to pay the attendents.

NO TOBACCO ON ANY OF THE COMPLEX SITES BEING USED FOR THE ROAD TO COOPERSTOWN SERIES.

Teams are allowed ONE Cooler, NO FAN COOLERS ALLOWED.

Legends Grill is located in the pavilion area with operating hours of 7:00am - until 3rd inning of last scheduled games.

All fields are off-limits except for scheduled games.

Foul balls need to be returned to the playing field by Team that is batting.

Parents are allowed to bring portable chairs and pop-up tents.

Pets are permitted at Legends Fields, please pick up after your pet to ensure the welcome.

Teams are expected to remove ALL trash from the dugout and sweep the floor after each game.

Please remind your parents, players, and fans to pick up all of their trash around the field after each game.

Pre game warm-up / play catch in the outfield only (not on the foul territory near your bench).

Pitchers may warm-up on the side away from dugout, warning track or in the bullpens before and during the game.

Fungos allowed on outfield game fields.

Do not hit any balls into the fencing or walls.
